Specialist Organization Development
Job Desc :

* Facilitate and analyze all of organization restructures and Man Power Planning, Organization Development, People Development, Performance Management System and Change Management.
* Monitoring approval organization restructures and MPM changing are being documented
* Ensuring all process are documented
* Ensuring data on HRIS align with all organization restructures and MPM approved.
* Ensuring all MPM in organization structure and HRIS align with all transfer and promotion process.
* Distribute up dated organization structure to all users gradually.
* Create, analyze, controlling the quality and document all job description
* Ensuring all job description approved align with up dated organization structure.
* Coordinate with Recruitment and Assessment to ensure all fulfillment align with MPM or Critical Hiring approved.
* Analyze Employee Development Needs through Individual Development Plan and Individual Career Plan
* Planning, analyze and implement mentoring process for Employee Development.
* Coordinate Assessment Program.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree at HR Management.
* At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Computer literate (MS Office)
* Fluent in English (both oral and written)
* Good Analytical Thinking
* Have Strong Integrity and Loyalty
