Coal Geologists
Due to ongoing success we continue to expand and seek both a Coal Geologist and Senior Coal Geologist to join our consulting division based in Jakarta. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work as part of our consulting team working primarily on geological modelling, due diligence exercises, as well as completing JORC compliant resource estimates for our consulting projects.

To be successful in this role you will be tertiary qualified in geology or mining engineering with hands on operational and planning experience in either open cut and/or underground mining methods. Field experience in coal sampling will be highly regarded. You will be highly computer literate and experienced in the use of geological modelingsoftware and/or mine design and planning software. In particular, you should have expert level skills in one of the following modeling software packages: Minex and Minescape. Experience using Runge s software would be beneficial. You will also have excellent oral and written Bahasa and English communication skills, and Indonesian residency.
