Our client is a major oil and gas EPC contractor with worldwide presence is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to be based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for the overall construction planning, leading and controlling all the operation and strategic actions associated with successfully delivering of the project to practical completion. Work within the project team, clients and third parties you are to ensure the on target construction plan and deliverable accordingly to planning schedule.

Requirements:
Requirements

* Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline with 10 years of relevant experience in major construction activities in the region.
* Experience in big scale refineries, petrochemical or chemical plan within the Oil and Gas industry
* Experience in fast-track projects with proven track record for achieving overall project goals and targets
* Good communication and management skills to lead a multi-national team of people, including the ability to deal with details while maintaining a strategic overview
* Ideally you should be a citizen of Malaysia or currently residing /holding permanent residency
